Dr. Curtis R. Rogers is the Communications Director at the South Carolina State Library. He oversees Talking Book Services, SchoolRooms, and the SC Center for the Book. The library's online resource DISCUS provides access to business databases including the Business & Company Resource Center, General BusinessFile ASAP, and the Small Business Resources Center, which contain articles, reports, and sample business plans.
