- #14: Glen talked about how for him, OpenStack was the line between the his users in the business and his ability to make the choices he wanted based of vendor relationships, cost, capabilities, security requirements. Because OpenStack supports such a broad set of technologies it provides choice on both sides of the line
- #15: Think like a product company. Your audience is no longer a captive audience, you have to be appealing to them
- #19: Old appliance couldn’t complete the task. OpenStack environment did the job in 40 minutes for 1/10 the cost
- #29: One of the most obvious ways to get involved in the community is to become an active technical contributor, which means you are registered in the community have have committed code or documentation to the project.
