This document provides an introduction to a module on inclusive curriculum design. It discusses the aims of developing an inclusive curriculum to enhance teaching and learning. It then describes how the teaching tools and landscape have changed dramatically over the past 30 years with the introduction of new technologies. The module will cover theoretical models of learning, characteristics of effective curricula, and designing inclusive learning environments. Students will evaluate existing modules and complete an individual assignment designing their own module. Learning will take place through class sessions, online support, and learning sets.
