  • #10: WHY ARE YOU HERE? – bcoz of training CBT is a learner centered COMPETENCY –A skill performed to a specific standard under specific conditions Emphasizes most on what the learner can actually do. Focuses on outcomes rather than the learning process w/in specified time Concerned w/ the attainment and application of knowledge , skills and attitude to a specific level of competency. BECOME COMPETENT AT THE END OF THE TRAINING is the main goal of CBT

  • #12: It means that we have a certain standard that must be attain or achieve Or on DEP Ed it is a LESSON Plan In CBC it details training methodologies, resources, facilities, infrastracture and other materials required both for training and assessment strategies.
