- 2. Group your Slides by Topic Arrange your slides in order, grouping topics together An easy way to do this is in the Slide Sorter View (View>Slide Sorter)
- 3. To View as an Outline 1. Make sure you are in the Normal view mode (View>Normal) 2. Click on the Outline Tab
- 4. If you need to print your outline File>Print Under the heading Slides change to Outline Click Print
- 5. You are now ready to write your paper!
