Every week I was responsible for generating,
scheduling, and posting 8-10 “Parallels
Specific” posts for the channels. In addition, I
was responsible for posting trending topics as
they came up.

On a daily basis, I was responsible for
engaging with customers who reached out to
us. When the channels were slow, I would
search based on key words such as Windows
on Mac or #Parallels and proactively engage
to solve issues, offer thanks, and raise brand
