Suggested Site Criteria: Minimum area = approximately 10,000 sf Frontage on key pedestrian routes  Flat terrain or gentle slope Sun orientation and avoidance of shading Location adjoining existing uses that will generate appropriate park uses Willing sellers “ Underutilized” sites Properties with minimal relocation costs Absence of development permit activity Minimal remediation costs for hazardous materials  Neighborhood Park  Acquisition Program Identified Project Areas
