Points for policy development Let’s build this together – a skeleton document, co-produced, would be helpful Need to improve understanding of the role of the Accountable Officer – perhaps use case studies; coaches Develop any appointment rules for the Accountable Officer, and get the balance right, with transparency Need to think through at what point do consortia become accountable for provider failure?
