The group will build a peer review platform to help students collaborate and finish projects. They have scheduled the following timeline: in February they will brainstorm ideas, decide on a project topic, and present a concept. In late February and early March they will design the website layout, database, and document management system. They will also research social networking and collaboration tools and select a topic for an ECIS paper. In mid-March they will build the website, integrate applications, and develop the ECIS paper. By late March they will finish building and testing the platform and complete the ECIS paper. The ECIS paper will focus on the cultural factors affecting peer review outcomes among global higher education students.
