• I am going to put four questions on the screen
• Individually reflect on the questions
• In your mind score each question from 1 to 7
– 1 is low, 7 is high
• I will give you 2 mins
Four Questions
1. To what degree do you intend to get value out of this
event?
2. To what degree are you prepared to engage personally
to achieve this?
3. To what degree are you prepared to take risks to learn
at this event?
4. To what extent are you prepared to take responsibility
for the learning & engagement of others at this event?
Four Questions
• Now turn to each other in 2s and 3s and
discuss the questions for 2 mins
• You do not need to reveal your scores to
anyone unless you wish to
• I will then ask for one or two people to
share their thoughts with the whole group
