Keynote has fewer buttons and ribbons than PowerPoint but navigation buttons are easy to find. The format choices are easily navigated and photos can simply be dragged and dropped. While Keynote has less features than PowerPoint, it is still easy to use and can create great looking presentations, including virtual post-it notes.
