This document outlines modules from a training on goal setting and overcoming procrastination. Module One introduces the training objectives of overcoming procrastination, self-motivating, and creating SMART goals. Module Two discusses techniques for overcoming procrastination such as tackling the hardest tasks first, setting a 15 minute timer on tasks, and breaking large projects into smaller tasks. Module Three focuses on removing distractions, starting with small daily tasks, setting realistic deadlines, and rewarding completed tasks. The case studies provide examples of individuals applying these techniques.
