- #3: Import : During import the slide texts will be extracted into phrases in the excel file Automated translate: Sit down and relax. Excel connects to google tranlsate and translate the phrases for you. Real translate: With the words from google you can start now to rephrase and build real language If this work is done, you can replace the phrases in powerpoint. The tool creates a copy of the presentation and replaces the phrases.
- #4: There are three things different than other tools: Unique is the mixture between automated translation and guided, manual rework. It is not rquired to translate in the slides. There is a clear table for trnalsations avaialbe. The second nice thing: If the original powerpoint is changed, you can import an updated version. PPTranslate detects unchanged phrases. Only new phrases will be added. Over the time you build your own dictionary. Once a phrase is translated, you never need to retranslate. It doesn‘t matter for which customer, only updated or new phrases needs to be translated.
