In any place within each part, the particular point in the day is the same, and is an hour in front of or behind that in the parts on either side: If you go from New York to London, you cross five time zones Vocabulary: GMT: (Greenwich Mean Time, Standard Time, London Time) Local Time: (The official time in a country or area)
