Premiere Elements 13 allows users to import media, organize it into albums, and edit videos. Media can be imported and previewed. Videos can be trimmed by dragging the red current time indicator line or splitting the video and trimming sections. Transitions can be added by selecting one from the transitions menu and dragging it to the desired location.

Get video from the import option at the top and choose where to get it from.
Click ‘get media’ and all the media will import.
Double click on any type of media to preview it.
Hold shift key down to select more than one type of media.
To create an album, click the green plus sign on the left hand side under ‘Albums’
If you want to add something to an album, just drag the media to the album on the left hand
side.
To edit a video, click on the video in the album and click ‘Editor’ which is on the bottom of
the screen.
Click ‘video editor’.
The red line – Current time indicator can be dragged in any part of the video.
To trim your video, move your mouse to the edge of the red line and drag it to where you
need trimming. Let go and the video is trimmed.
To trim in the middle of the video, hover over where you want trimmed and click the scissors
sign next to the current time indicator and it will be split in two.
You are now able to trim wherever you want in the middle.]
To add a transition, go to the menu bar at the bottom of the screen and click ‘transitions’
where there will be a variety of transitions. Then drag the transition and drop it where you
