The document discusses the present simple and present continuous tenses in English. The present simple is used to describe things that are always true or habitual activities. It can be used with adverbs of frequency. Questions follow the word orders ASI (Auxiliary + Subject + Infinitive) or QASI (Question word + Auxiliary + Subject + Infinitive). The present continuous describes actions happening at the moment of speaking and are usually temporary. Certain verbs like agree, be, believe cannot be used in the present continuous as they are considered "non-action" verbs.
