To create a closed view presentation drawing in Solidworks: open the assembly document, enable the PhotoView 360 add-in, select the Render Tools tab, color individual parts by selecting the part and desired color, and click Final Render to save and print the rendered image. To create an opened view, reposition movable parts like drawers to the open position before repeating the rendering steps.

- 2. Step 1: Open your assembly document and click on ‘Add-Ins’ from the drop down menu
- 3. Step 2: Check the ‘PhotoView 360’ box and click OK
- 4. Step 3: Click on the ‘Render Tools’ tab
- 5. Step 4: Select the part to be coloured.
- 6. Step 5: Select component level if all part is of same colour, Select part document level if only the face is of that colour
- 7. Step 6: Select the colour from the display panel on the left and click on the green tick
- 8. Step 7: Repeat steps 4 to 6 for all the other parts.
- 9. Step 8: Click on ‘Preview Window to view the rendered version of the product.
- 10. Step 9: Click on ‘Final Render ‘, save image and print.
- 11. Creating the opened view of product 1. Open up assembly document, reposition the mobile parts such that they are in ‘open position’. For example, a drawer has to be opened. 2. Repeat steps 1 to 9.
