Prologix has installed 15 devices all over uae. Time trax application generates the report from all these location and further this data is used to process the payrolls of all staff working in all location. Five Nxt id devices installed on site where in all labor and management attendance are integrated with the olive hrms. The data is synchronized to the head office every day. Prologix has offered them the HRMS solution along with time management module. Attendance of labor and staff is calculated automatically after which payroll processing is done based on the attendance date that has been synchronized. This whole process is automated without any human intervention. All editing and modification in the data is only done after the management approval.

Transguard’s is Event Security division has a team of 5000 staff in uae which includes, lower and high level officers providing securities to delegates and business celebrities. Prologix has deployed central T & A System in their head office in dafza where in all the officers, staff, management are punching in their regular shifts. Payrolls are generated from their hrms system after the attendance of the department are synchronized and approved automatically. General report on in, out, late, absent, and overtime is calculated in the time trax application. Duration of the deployment was two months.
