- 7. Research Methodology Sample Size: Sample size refers the numbers of respondents researchers have selected for the survey. I have selected 100 people who directly or indirectly related with brokerage firms. Questionnaire: The questionnaire is prepared well structure. The type of question included in the questionnaire are open ended and multiple choice. Data Collection: Date was collected through two sources Primary Date: Primary data was collected directly from the client through a questionnaire Secondary Data: The secondary sources was the company website and publications. Data Analysis Data analysis was done mainly from the data collected through the clients. Research Finding • It’s good to find that younger generation is more involved in share trading • 60% customer are investing in share comparison to other securities. • 67% of clients responded that they are charged higher. • 51% of clients replied that because of the factor more return in less time clients prefer to invest in securities. • 40% clients feel that information provided by broker is not sufficient. • Nearly 62% clients trade online. • People prefer online trading because of features like friendly, time saving and convenient. 1/11/2015 Free template from www.brainybetty.com 8
- 9. Suggestion Trustline should contact with their clients regularly for knowing the problems faced by them. This will help Ashlar in providing best services to customers. Awareness among the public is needed regarding the organization because many people was unaware of this organization. More of advertisements can be done in order to make people familiar with the product and services available with organization for customers.
