shock-off / roll-detect / zero-g
In specific emergency situations, these safety features can prevent
unintended movement commands from being given to the crane /
machine, protecting the operator as well as other personnel in close
proximity to the crane / machine in use.
• radiomatic®
shock-off can activate if the transmitter receives
a hard impact.
• radiomatic®
roll-detect can activate if the transmitter is
unintentionally rolled.
• radiomatic®
zero-g can activate in the event that the transmitter is
dropped or thrown.
Depending on the ordered versions, the features can operate in three
different ways:
• The complete radio system is shut down.
• Safety-relevant functions are de-activated.
• A previously defined function (e.g. crane horn) is activated.
Suitable transmitters:
radiomatic®
pilot, quadrix, keynote, vector pro, micron 5 / 6 / 7,
eco, linus 4 / 6, technos, technos 2 and the spectrum series
(except spectrum EEX).

report: user identification
The intelligent card for more
safety and information
•User identification is based on a handy login-card
(HBC Smart Card). With its key function it protects
the control from unauthorized use.
•At the same time it enables the identification of the
user and the personalization of the radio control.
•Thus safety-relevant functions can be limited
to authorized personnel only.
•In combination with an HBC data logger, the function offers
numerous advantages for the operators of the system:
The radio system can store various operational data for each
user, such as the operating hours of the radio system or the
number of drive commands given.
•These pieces of information can be very useful when service
questions arise.
•User identification is available for radiomatic®
pilot, quadrix,
keynote, micron 5 / 7, linus 4, eco, technos 2 and the
spectrum series (except spectrum EEX).

Efficient access management,
collection of valuable data
•radiomatic®
report stands for an innovative concept that supports
the easy and efficient management of access
rights to diverse machinery, as well as for the collection
of valuable operational data of HBC radio control systems.
•radiomatic®
report encompasses three key elements:
 the user identification by HBC Smart Card.
 the HBC data logger.
 a complementary self-contained unit that extends
these functions beyond radio controls.

report: HBC data logger
The HBC data logger.
Useful information at your disposal
•The HBC data logger stores different operational data of machine
utilization, for example the usage time of drive functions.
•It can be used separately or in combination with the HBC
user identification. In this combination, data are collected
individually for each user. Then it is easy to determine how long the
crane was used by which user and with which functions the user
has worked.
•In addition, it is also possible to calculate the loads carried
by individual cranes.
•The collected data can be helpful in various situations, for example
in service cases.
•The data are read out via a Bluetooth®
interface and are visualized
with a newly developed software.
•The HBC data logger is available for all HBC radio systems with
CAN interface.

radiomatic®
report: self-contained unit
Valuable features now available
without radio system
•The complimentary self-contained unit of radiomatic®
report allows
to benefit from valuable radiomatic®
report functions even if there is
no radio control installed on the machine.
•The innovation is directly connected to the machine electronics.
•In order to start the machine, the operator has to hold a suitable
HBC Smart Card in front of the activated device. The operator can
then control the machine as usual. This clever feature protects the
machine from unauthorized use.
•In addition, the individual configuration of the HBC Smart Cards
allows for the organization of company-internal access rights to
machines without much effort.
•Optionally, this version of radiomatic®
report can be connected to a
HBC data logger. It is integrated directly into the device and offers
the exact, user-specific collection of all login times.
The self-contained unit of
radiomatic®
report.

Front panel lighting
• With the innovative front panel lighting, the operator can
clearly read and locate all functions, at any time, under
working conditions with limited light.
• When necessary, the operator simply switches on multiple
LEDs, which are integrated into the rollover bar, with a switch
or button on the transmitter.
• The operating elements are immediately visible again and
potential dangers resulting from incorrect operation of the
radio control, based on poor visibility, can now be prevented.
• This function is available for the spectrum transmitters.
