• A chalkboard is a thing of the past. It is
time to build connections with other
educators through social networking.

What is Delicious?
 Delicious is the most beneficial tool. It is exciting and useful because you
can access bookmarks from any computer. Not only is this great for
educational sites, but also for use with everyday life.

Easy to use and great looking video in matter of
minutes.
Google reader:
 With Google Reader or any other great RSS tool, you can subscribe to
blogs and stay on top of it all.
What is Twitter?
Twitter is a wonderful tool for educators. educators are constantly sharing
educational resources. Overall, it is a great resource for networking and
professional development. Twitter is one of the most powerful tools for
growing and maintaining a personal network.
What is a Ning?
This tool is beneficial for collaborating with other educators on any given
topic. On Ning, you can create your own social website to bring your
PLN together all in one place.

taking in experiences
and realia, as well as

not as important now
