Accounts Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Allocate payment to credit card aging and check
accuracy of batch total and credit card commission.
• To check and forward the statement for Travel agent
commission to Reservations for verification. Once
verified, assist in the preparation of the cheque
requisition.
• Issue debit notes for in-house tenants, utility, parking
charges and any other monthly billings.
• Ensure efficiency in safe-keeping of all documents and
accounting records for easy retrieval and references.
