Topic for Document Design Exercise # 5 The introduction and explanation of our company .
Provide three things that you learn from this exercise and why is it important? The characteristic of our company. Management policies. What kind of waiting on customers do we keep in mind? Why is it important ? Customers can know what kind of service and what our company sell mainly.
Importance of the document for launching business We can sell our product  effectively  by offering  the information  of our company  with customers  to some  extent.
Provide an example of another business/company where a similar document has been used. Show us the document example.  The large  stores which  treat  plural  articles  such as  the super. Example: handbill  or guidance.
Explain the logical arrangement of the content in the document? Because the problems  such as  the card bankruptcies  stride in  these days, so the person  whom much trust  cannot  employ  is in  danger. It  is hard to occur and to do a problem  by submitting  a limit  to use.
How do you think your customers will be able to use instructional guides when purchasing your products? They can grasp  what kind  of thing  our company sell and how much  price  it is and can know whether  there  are matters  that require  attention and what kind  of service  when they buy.
What are the major headings, questions, key words in the documents? Why are they important? headings: customer guide questions:What kind of our company ?  keywords: customer  Why are they important? Because can learn  contents  and a use by these  plainly.
How the roles were divided between group members? Kazuki Funada : president Kazuki Yatsui : clerical work Yukihiro Nishikawa : middle manager Takahiro Watanabe : customer service
