Overall Analysis 98.45% are satisfied with the care being provided by the hospital. 98.99% are pleased with the way their immediate needs are being addressed. 99.42% The doctors and nurses were courteous in attending and treating patients. 97% are impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital surroundings.

Admitting, Pharmacy, and Janitorial Services 97% Laboratory, Accounting, Cashier, Billing Medical Records and the Hospital Canteen. 97% For Dietary services; commends that the foods that were served were delicious and adequate for the patients. 99.20% of the total respondents said they will surely recommend our hospital to their friends and certainly choose our MMGH-Tagum over other hospitals.
