Technoshell Automations Pvt. Ltd., established in 1990 at Nasik, India, is a leading manufacturer and
exporter of hot foil stamping machines, tube capping machines, labeling machines, and integrated
automation machines. Being the pioneers of foil stamping in India, Technoshell has a history of providing
high quality foil stamping machines for the past 28 years. Our clientele is spread in 36 countries across
Asia, Europe, Africa and South America.
Our member company Aurum Packaging Systems Pvt Ltd has been providing complete packaging
solutions to the industry for the last 3 decades, such as sleeving systems, capping systems, filling
systems, complete packaging lines for balm/ointments, unscramblers, and automation systems.

Our Beginning
Technoshell Automations, was founded in 1989, and established in 1990, by three individuals — Abbas Aboojiwala, Nikhil Baste, and Tareen Shaikh.
The company began with a modest unit that manufactured special purpose machines (SPMs), and as a sourcing unit. The company quickly began to
design, manufacture and assemble these machines in-house, and the following decade saw the company design and manufacture it’s own printing
solutions such as Hot foil stamping machines and screen printing machines.
Our growth was propelled with innovative solutions in foil stamping cosmetic caps and closures, and this lead us to exhibit at K show, 2004 in
Germany. It was here that we met our long time partners — MADAG Printing Systems AG, Switzerland — and world leaders in hot foil stamping, who
partnered with us to design and manufacture tube foil stamping machines, named as TPAEvo, and the next version TPA3Evo. Our developments in hot
foil stamping also led us to partner with one of the world’s leaders in die making - R. E. Bowers and Freeman Ltd, UK, and allowed us to supply world
class silicone and dual hardness dies in India and to our global customers.
Later developments with our close customers lead us to venture into the cosmetic tube industry, making tube capping machines, tube labelling
machines, and tube packing machines. In 2018, Aurum Packaging Systems Pvt Ltd was acquired by Technoshell with the aim of augmenting our
existing product range and towards becoming a complete solution provider for packaging lines.

Our machines cater to critical applications like Hot Foil Stamping, Capping, Labeling, Tube
Packing, Shrink Sleeving and Packaging Lines for balm/ointments, and are ergonomically
designed keeping customers’ need in mind and with stress on reliability and productivity.
With the support of strong infrastructure facilities, manufacturing practices and skilled team of over
80+ experts and technicians, we are continuously evolving our manufacturing processes to
enable us to deliver uncompromisable quality. We have our own design set-up with latest design
software like ‘Solid Works’ & ‘eplan’. We possess state-of-the-art production capacity, which is
backed by hi-tech machines and constant addition of latest technologies including 3-D printing.
We have an in-house electronic set-up for making the control panels, and software programming.
All these aspects allow us to cater to the requirements of our customers under one roof.

• World’s first complex profile single stroke hot foil stamping machine using CNC technology through G-code and M-code for
programming (patent pending)
• Developed one of the world’s first “software PID controller” using temperature profile controller for chemical industry in 1990.

CP-60-OR is a high speed, highly accurate automatic
capping machine to fix screw-on caps and oriented
snap-on caps on oval and round plastic and laminate
tubes.
Screw-on round tubes up to 75 tubes/minute &
snap on round tubes up to 80 tubes/minute. Oval
tubes up to 70 tubes/minute.
12 mandrel turret is indexed by a mechanical indexer
