Output Process Iron ore and Coal fed into the Crusher machine it take 3hours to process, crusher removes the content of soil from the Iron ore and remaining part of the Iron ore is mixed with Coal. The mixed content of material is fed to the Stock house by the crusher through Conveyer belt. The stock house content material is fed to the Kilan, In this system we considered only of Two kilan for their convenient, here it is the main process, in kilan burn the material its take 4hours of time to burning here burning capacity is depends on temperature and after burned material keeping in cooler bunker to decreasing material temperature, here takes 2hours of time. And the semi-finished good throwing to Screening machine (Product house bunker) through the conveyer belt, here the semi-finished good are spread as two types those are 1.Sponge Iron, 2.Char Coal. To convert Raw material into finished good minimum time takes 8-10hours.
