• Ensure that the processes are as per company / client procedures and policy.
• Producing reports to Client, Site Team and Head Office Support either when necessary or

• Preparing internal transmittals for distribution of all incoming documents, drawings etc. in
accordance with the distribution matrix.
• Manage the Project Handing-Over Stage with the following duties includes but not limited to survey
the numbers of the submitted As-Built Drawings, O & M manuals, Testing & Commissioning ... etc,
and submit the required reports when necessary. Preparing the required forms for the contractor's
snag list.
• Working closely to the Project Manager and the Resident Engineer as a Personal Assistant.
• Office administrator with secretarial duties such as typing the outgoing correspondence, bi-
weekly / monthly reports, minutes of meeting and working on coordination between the project
team members and the head office's various departments, and resolve the problems / if any.
