Alumni Networking
It works on a variety of levels:
It sets up real world contacts and colleagues
Could lead to potential job opportunities

How one mi6ht turn an acquaintance into a colleague or another kind of

That could be difficult for some, though I don't know if I would have too
much trouble.

I can't really find anphing to improve upon. lt just works as far as I am concerned.

I love the diagram too, that's great. Reality V5. Theories is a complex and multilayered

The podcast:
I feel this is another good way to reach out.
I feel like the connections that I would make with my guests would be ones
that last, and hopefully it would keep me in the minds of people who mi6ht
aid me in the future. lt would also be an easy way to make deeper connections
with some of my professors, which would be treat.

How would I get a podcast set up?
What would I do for hosting? Would I need to set up a website?
What would I be looking for in terms of web traffic?
How much of a monthly investment would this require?
How would I tet the word out?
A What Gould be improved
Unfortunately, out of my immediate friend group, I know of only one person who
actually Iistens to podcasts. I would wonder what kind of outreach I would be able
to manage in this current day and age. I am not sure if some simply never jumped
on the bandwaSon, or are unaware of what podcasts are, etc. I would be concerned
that despite having professionals or professors come on the show, that the viewership
would be limited or possibly nonexistent. I would hate to feel that the professors
"wasted" their time if not many were able to tune in or download.

I think perhaps another take on this would be to start a youtube account
and set up a kind of interview channel. I am not sure if people would be willing
to be videotaped, but I feel that more of my peers employ youtube than podcasts.
