PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Young, experienced, result driven and target oriented manager in telecom needs a
way TO ATTARCK / FIND CANDIDATES WITH RIGHT ENAGEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT
because the attitude and soft skills are the most important success factors.
IDEA FOR SOLUTION:
The goal is to find smart playfull people with right engagement to work, able to bring
new ideas, including blue-sky ones. They might not be seeking for a job now. The task
is to get them interested. To attrack right one I decide to create an online game and to
run it in social media.
Prototype & Test / 1
Simple, eye-catching quiz game which detects by answers if the profile is right and
address the offer to apply for a job. Questions can be created depending on needs.
Stakeholder found this idea great. He immediately came up with his own questions for
a quiz which would bring up soft skills of a person for a position he is looking for.

Intellectual game platform for candidates and managers competition. Case study
issued every week or one per three days to be solved by managers and candidates.
Stakeholder liked the idea. He thinks it can be developed into a good tool covering
recruitment needs and at the same time promoting company and its culture.

• Prototype can be very cheap and basic but idea should be very clear.
• Prototyping is a process of creation, idea can get transformed during this work.
• Empathy should always be a co-worker.
• Never forget whom you are designing for and what needs it will address.
• Pre-test can be run on yourself before asking others.
• It needs much more time to nail it.
• Should work a lot on technical solution, content and later positioning.
• Ideas could be developed into a good platform to help in the recruitment process.
