Bogard needs a way to help school graduates transition into the workforce more smoothly in Mexico. Some challenges are unemployment among graduates, students not liking their chosen careers, lack of job preparation in schools, and disconnect between curriculum and business needs. Problem statement Stakeholder • Bogard is a young man, a father, a degree in educational administration. • Currently has an office dedicated to the training of citizens in issues of transparency, accountability and access to public information. • He's very kind and agreed to the interview. Needs a Way to Bogard needs a way to quickly integrate school graduates in the working world. Because 1. There is unemployment for graduates. 2. Many people study a career they do not like. 3. Students do not get a good preparation in schools and that is why companies do not want to hire. 4. Educational institutions do not ensure the relevance between the curriculum and the needs of the business sector. 5. The student's academic experiences must be linked to a professional level. 6. The transition from school to work must be a continuous. 7. Thesis, social service and professional practice should be a bridge between a person who has the profile formed and their integration into the labor.
- 3. Three ideas The most practical idea: I think the mandatory thesis is a very good idea. Today, many schools avoid it and is very important because it is an approximation to reality. The most disruptive idea: I think is a very good idea if the students recycle materials. This can make an impact on environment. Also, students can generate many ideas from the garbage: create new employments, new objects, and so on. My favorite idea: Recycle materials. I think it is a way of life to many people. Also, it can be a job to play like a child.

- 8. Reflection I like the theme of recycling waste materials collected. By testing my prototypes I learned that there are many points of view to be considered to refine and improve my prototype.
