Media Application or instrument of communication (usually online) used to deliver a message or desired outcome Social Interaction between individuals or groups on a friendly basis Social Media is any online application or combination of applications where individuals or groups can interact with each other
Social Media Conventional or Traditional Media is a one way street Social Media is a two way street where users and viewers can communicate “ Social Media is a shift in the way we communicate”
