This study assessed the quality of life (QoL) among people on antiretroviral therapy (ART) at a clinic in Zimbabwe, revealing an overall mean QoL score of 63.11. Significant positive predictors of QoL included being male, having been on ART for over three years, earning above $250 monthly, and identifying as Muslim, while negative predictors included being urban, single, unemployed, or a pensioner. The WHOQOL-BREF instrument showed high reliability (Cronbach's alpha of 0.92), indicating its suitability for monitoring QoL in this population.
