Probability or Chance yang mengukur tingkat paduan antara Source dan Risk sebagai
bentuk Mathemathical definition of RISK.
Notes : “Investment Cost More Effectively Than Recovery Cost”
Its caused recovery assets must re-starting again and Company must begin
from down level.
 Why Did People More Thought To Recovery Cost Than Investment Cost?
Hal ini dikarenakan mindset kebanyakan orang lebih menganggap bahwa investasi
merupakan hal yang imajiner (bayangan/ andai-andai), dan recovery merupakan hal yang
biasa dilakukan dan lebih nyata. So, Hal ini merupakan pemahaman yang kurang tepat,
karena dari segi Biaya jelas recovery akan lebih besar defisitnya dibandingkan investment.
Oleh karena itu, solusinya adalah dengan pendekatan persuasive dan proses Cultural
Change yang berkesinambungan akan dapat membangun budaya Preventive Actions
secara perlahan.

H. RISK DEFINITION
 For known about completely understanding of RISK, it begin for understand of all
component.
 Risk is the chance of something happening that will have impact on objectives.
 There is definition with short formula as RISK = Probability (x) Consequence
I. RISK MEASUREMENT
 Given formula ; RISK = PROBABILITY (x) CONSEQUENCE
 Intrepereted by logarithmic format, its for describe ISO-RISK LINE as quantitative lines
{QRA/ Qualitatif Risk Assessment} and differences a physical qualitative.
 Risk Code API {American Petroleum Institutions Society} 581 lebih bersifat Quantitatif
tanpa memperhitungkan nilai (Statistics).
 RISK : one goal of the risk analysis is to communicate the results in common format
that a variety of people can understand.
 RISK MATRIX or PLOT is helpful in
accomplishing this goal.
