The document proposes a Real-Time Adaptive Energy-Scheduling (RTAES) algorithm aimed at optimizing energy consumption in virtualized cloud computing environments, particularly for computationally intensive tasks. By leveraging dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) strategies, the RTAES algorithm minimizes energy and time during computation, reconfiguration, and communication while ensuring quality of service (QoS) is met. The proposed approach shows effectiveness in scalability, power consumption, and execution time in comparison to existing methods.
