RACI: Expected Outputs
Regional President
• Clearly understood individual deliverables
• Clearly understood time and frequency of executing deliverables
• Reduced redundancy in tasks
• Clearer communication (what is really necessary)
• Reduced time for business processes
• Clearly defined and written interfaces between individuals / teams
• Greater focus on the value add of a process step
• Identify training requirements to ensure RACI matrix can function appropriately
• Add implementation timeline
• Keep future landscape in mind (replacement of systems)
RACI: Guiding Principles
Regional President
• We know that everyone in its current function/region is doing its best
• This effort is to make sure that the work is done efficiently between the functions
and regional and global teams
• We all need to think outside the box as status quo, not because we have done it
in one way it needs to stay the same
• We are agreeing on roles and responsibilities: if the need is to establish a Service
Level Agreement, or a different output, let’s continue on a separate sessions those.
Thus, record them in the parking lot
• At the end of the day, we will review together the RACI matrix you will have agreed
on with clearly understood individual deliverables, the drumbeat of these
deliverables, and their communication and training requirements
