OPEN YOUR BROWSER

Type www.dropbox.com

This appears

Click the drop down arrow beside log-in

Click Create an account

Fill out the details

Don’t forget to check the Dropbox Terms box

Click Create account

Look
on the lower left corner
of the browser

Click it

This dialog box will appear

Click RUN

This will appear

Click Install

Wait a little while

To start using Dropbox
click the second option

Click Next

Enter Log-in info

This appears. Select the
2GB Free account

Click Next.

Select the Typical setup type.

Click Install.

This will appear.
Read the reminders.

Read the reminders.

It’s very important to
read the reminders.

Click Finish.

This is now your Dropbox folder.

The Dropbox icon on your desktop.

Just drag and drop files to upload.

The files will sync automatically
to your online account.

I will drag this folder to my Dropbox folder.

It is now in the Dropbox folder.

You can put photos, videos, audio, and text files.

Let us learn how to share files.

Let’s share to another
Dropbox user.

Right-click on the file
you want to share.

Select View on Dropbox.com.

Your online Dropbox account will open.

Click Share link.

To upload files, select
Upload

This will appear

Add email address of your friend

Make sure it’s the email used for Dropbox.

Put message if you want.

Then click Send.

To share a file with
non-Dropbox user,

Right-click on the file
you want to share.

Select Share Dropbox link.

Click Get link.

Then this will appear.

The link is ready to be pasted.

You can now share the
file thru the link.

Going back to your online
Dropbox account page,

Take note of the menu

Photos contain synced photos.

Sharing contains shared folders.

This is what links appear
when clicked.

Events contain your
Dropbox activities.
