Ritsol is a fast-growing Egyptian business that operates outside of Egypt through business partners and provides IT and BPO services. It aims to develop more competencies to compete internationally and expand into new market verticals like tourism, telecom, manufacturing, retail, engineering and government services. Ritsol's service portfolio includes help desk support, infrastructure and application management, system architecture, portals and intranets, application development and data center services. It has a 4-step strategic plan to engage business partners through identifying strengths, subcontracting, joint marketing, and co-locating partners. Ritsol has found success through offshore partnerships with partners in the US, Canada, GCC, Africa and Turkey.
