Sourcing Channels
Audit Feedback: Improvement on cost effective channels needed. Most of the sourcing has
come from Job Portal. Recruiters need to be trained on the other sourcing channels.
Offer Contribution from the recruiters for last 3 months
Audit Feedback: This is based on the data received from the recruitment team. If the data is
correct, the performance is also correct as per the chart.
Short list to Interview and Interview to Offer - These are the areas to be improved with
the recruiters. There was only limited data available in the auditing and we could not
measure complete capabilities of the recruiters.
Recruiters have not met the target set by the management in last 3 months. Management
can decide on the next course of action.
There is no target found for Mr. ABC, Mr. EFG. Since the absence of the data, we could not
measure their capabilities. Management intervention needed on the goals, KRA of these
resources so that by next audit; we will be in a position to measure their strengths and
