BBC 1 - 32.5%
 BBC 2 - 49.8%
 ITV1 - 50%
So that the channels can be
running constantly.

Which channels have more imported
programmes in their schedules? Why do
you think this might be?

Channel 4 + 5 as BBC and ITV take most of
the british shows because they are part of
the British Commercial Television
Broadcasters.
What do you understand by the term
‘the watershed’ and where does this
occur in the schedules?


After 9'o'clock more explicit things can be
shown on TV (swearing, nudity, drug use
etc...)
