School improvement Program (SIP) is a
systematic, sustained effort aimed at change
in learning conditions in a school with the
ultimate aim of accomplishing educational
goals more effectively.

realistic what schools can achieve. We
should also recognize that for some
schools even small improvements have
been hard won and these achievements
deserve recognition
