Say • Vocational Education to be concentrated more. • Graduates with academic smarts seem to be too arrogant to be taught at work place. • Most graduates just hold a degree a does not know best practices for workplace. • Learning should be a process of discovery beyond studying to pass exams. • Being a Mechanical engineer I do not have the proper knowledge of working in an IT Firm. • Real life skills to be taught.

Think • Will I be able to sustain in the organization. • I should have undergone proper training before taking up the job. • Previous Academic work has not given me the proper training in this particular field. • Project based learning should be implemented in schools so as to bring in creativity. • Fear of failure. • Stressed not knowing what to do on the job.

He lacks real time working knowledge of IT Industry. • The stakeholder believes that education system needs to be improved and should foster innovation and creativity.
