Gracia March 2021 / March 2022 I. PROFESSIONAL LEARNING GOALS PROFESSIONAL LEARNING GOAL NO. GOAL IDENTIFIED GOUP RATIONALE/SOURCES OF EVIDENCE 1. Build capacity ofall teachers in the area ofliteracy and numeracy instruction by SY 2022 - 2023 Elementary School Teachers Reading and numeracy learner’s developmentis the main School Goal as reflected in the Enhanced School ImprovementPlan. This goal was identified during the PHIL-IRI Test, Oral Verification Test and Results of the Quarterly Assessmentfor School Year 2019-2020. 2. Build a school culture which values collaboration and social emotional learning by SY 2020-2021. Every Staff Member atLibo Elementary School Addressing our students’ social/emotional needs is also goal for the 2020-21 school year. Research shows that the quality of school climate contributes to academic outcomes as well as the personal developmentand well-being of students which leads to improved attendance. Some students may require additional supportthis year due to the COVID-19 outbreak 3. Increase and improve the use of technology to promote Elementary School Teachers All classroom teachers will utilize technology to enrich classroom learning for students. All Standards Based ReportCards will be entered into PowerSchool. TNHS will be using the LinkIt! platform to support data driven instruction. The curriculum requires the use of multiple online platforms (ex. Everyday Math,

Teachers will encourage to attend online classes on DifferentOnline Instructions and ICT Classroom Approach in preparation to the Face to Face Instruction. II. These sessions will take place during the 7 PD days, grade- level meetings, faculty meetings, and PLCs. The Guidance Counselor will conductlessons and activities throughoutthe year 3. ● Media Specialistand STEM teacher will provide technology literacy lessons for the students throughout the year. ● Tech specialists provide Google training and SBRC PD during PD days, grade-level meetings, faculty meetings, and PLC’s ● Tech Specialists provide one-on-one work sessions during teacher prep time. ● LinkIt! training provided during our full-day PD session(s) ● LinkIt! training provided during Faculty meetings and/or PLC’s PD III. ESSENTIAL RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL LEARNING GOAL NO RESOURCES OTHER IMPLEMENTATION CONSIDERATIONS 1 Staff Resources: Literacy Coaches, Reading Teachers, School LAC Facilitator Curriculum Resources: Lucy Calkins Units ofStudy in Reading and Writing, Tools ofthe Mind, Power Tools App, Phonics Units ofStudy, Reading Programs will be fully implemented in grades 7-12 during the 2021-22school year 2. Staff Resources: Guidance Counselor, Child Study Team, District Guidance Counselor Curriculum Resources: HIB Curriculum, Guidance Counselor Lessons, Humanities Curriculum, Bucket Filler Curriculum Ongoing training throughout the school year to empower students.
