The meeting should be short and time boxed for a maximum of 15 minutes. ❖ During the meeting, each development team member gives three bits of information: ➢ What he or she has accomplished since the last Daily Scrum? ➢ What he or she plans to accomplish between now and the next Daily Scrum? ➢ What is the impeding progress
