● This App Categorise the vehicles and allows a user to search a service
station. The Categories are Expandable,so that when a user selects any
category of vehicle, the list is expanded to provide names of various
company’s service station.
● This app enlist the service station which are Nearby to a user and also list
out Citywise service stations using Dynamic Listing.
● A user is allowed to update Three Emergency Contacts, so that he can send
SMS to these contacts whenever he is in any kind of Emergency.
● This app allows a user to Navigate a Company’s Service Station using GPS
Location Tracking and also calculates the distance between User’s current

Latitude-Longitude position and a Service Station’s Latitude-Longitude
position.
● This app allows a user to make a voice-call to a particular service station’s
contact no.
● A user can fill-out the information about his vehicle and can his upload
vehicle’s Image.
● A User is notified by Various Alert Notifications about
Insurance,Servicing,Battery Warranty ,Tyre Changing etc.These
Notifications are self-scheduled.
● A user can save his vehicle's service history, warranty updates, Insurance
details, etc.
● This app uses a Social Media Integration which allows a user to share an
app via various social media platforms like Facebook,Gmail,Google+ etc.
and through Bluetooth Service.

CMS Functionalities:
● To make this App dynamic, there was a need of Content Management
System for managing and editing the data required for an App.
● For managing the App’s data, a client can perform operations like
Insert,Delete,Update and Modify customer record on a database using a
Portal.
● A portal is actually a weblink which requires Login and registration of an
Authenticated person.
● This portal allows a user, to view Master records of all the dealers.It allows
user to view reports of the dealer datewise.
● This portal provides the Facility of Data Management, User Account
Management,Reports and Miscellaneous.
● In Data Management, user can view dealer’s and spare part’s record.Here
user can even download the file record of a specific period.
●User Account Management lets user to create and edit existing
account,beside this he can view Active User reports and account.
● Beside this, a user of this portal can also view Commercial reports about:
➢ Sales Value.
➢ Cheques under clearance.
➢ Cheques cleared.
➢ Sales By Cheque.
➢ Commission Agent.
➢ Sales by cash.
● The Sales Value Report lets a user to view the total sales done in certain
amount of period.
● The user can also view the Total Sale done by Commission Agent.
● The portal also maintains a Marketing report,where he can track No. of
customers visited and no. of executive fields.
● In Miscellaneous, user can perform some more operations like:
➢ A Bulletin board lets user to create news and to publish it on a portal.

➢ User can Allocate the tasks to the Sales Coordinator,Accountant and
Marketing person.
➢A Support Ticket Handling mechanism is also provided,where a
technical support is provided to a user by developer of this portal.
