SharePoint is a platform for collaboration that provides more extensive capabilities than Microsoft Exchange public folders. TechGyan uses SharePoint to allow users to access resources and collaborate within and across teams. Key uses of SharePoint at TechGyan include announcements, recruitment, order processing, training for admin and HR; opportunity management, proposals, sales presentations for sales; and master documents, team tasks, support forums for services.
