Assign supervisor and junior engineers in their specific job to do as per related in their categories to maximize time to pursue work. Do revision and estimates in case of additional works given by the clients to do so, as per change order basis. Raising RFI (Request for Inspection) through QMIS (Quality Management Information System). Check daily & weekly work accomplishment and further plans a scheme to reciprocate work losses and delays. Participate in weekly safety walkthrough in my concerned area and resolve issues found during the conduct. Implement & abide safety rules as prescribed in a specific activity.
