Documents & Spreadsheets: Microsoft Office - doc, docx, rtf, xls; OpenOffice - odt, ods, pdf; iWork Pages. For anything else, saving as pdf usually works. You cannot, however, upload other sorts of files, like JPEGs or .AVIs, etc.
