   Engineers)
2.For MBA  40 participants took up the challenge
   3.For Designers (Mechanical, Manufacturing & Industrial Enggrs)  85
    took up the challenge

The Design of the Game for MBA interns

1.Form groups of 10 each. (in this case 4 groups were formed)
2.Each person in the group writes a question in one A4 sheet that can’t
be directly googled. (Internet has answers but no questions)
3.Every person in the group answers questions of others (9 questions)
4.The person who asked Q1 assesses all the answers to Q1 (9 answers) &
so on…and marks each on a 10 point scale.
    5. Then each person collects the assessment of his/her answers & adds
up the total and converts into a % .
6.The assessments are then scrutinized by facilitators for accuracy &
    fairness.
7.Meanwhile each participant tweets about his/her question along with
    his/her understanding.
8.Tweeps across the world interacts and the participant responds
9.Tweeps assess the participants for their attention, clarity
    cognitive skills
10.Assessments are then collated to arrive at the final selection

Design interns.. INNOVATION

The Design of the Game for Engineering Design interns

1.Each take up a problem of his/her choice
2.Each identify the problems from users’ perspective
3.Each identify the constraints in the existing design
4.Each come up with solutions to overcome the identified constraints.
The solutions must be minimally invasive but good enough to work to
    give on-going benefits
5.Then designs are submitted for assessment by designers
6.Participants tweet about their design, problems from user perspective,
identified constraints and their minimally invasive solutions to
    overcome constraints.
7.They then interact with a world wide group for 2 days to defend,
modify, alter their designs and learn more about it. They also interact
    among themselves.
8.Final assessment is done based on their submissions & quality of
interactions & degree of openness on Twitter
9.Assessments are then collated to arrive at the final selection

Why Twitter interactions? R A P I D
                                                  INNOVATION

“To really engage with Twitter (through interactions) requires lateral
thinking and attention. It’s an ever-changing, information sharing platform
and does require a greater degree of attention, concentration and the ability
to retain, organise and apply information And to drill down
a complex thought into 140 characters or fewer requires problem solving
skills and clarity of thought,” she said. Plus those who can effectively use
Twitter had the “highest cognitive abilities” .
