The document summarizes a study to optimize the operational performance of a riverine support vessel through evaluating its stability, propulsion system integration with the hull, and rudder selection. 3D modeling of the vessel was performed to measure its dimensions. Weight estimation and loading condition analysis was done using SWBS. Stability criteria from US Navy and USCG standards were applied. Propeller selection and rudder design were optimized to improve speed, cavitation reduction, range, and maneuverability. The results showed an improved, stable vessel with more efficient propulsion and enhanced maneuverability.
