Andre is a retired computer science engineer and co-founder of Adegga, a wine marketplace company. Adegga started by holding wine market events in four cities with 150 wine producers and 1000 visitors per event. However, the company failed four times by not listening to customers or properly researching the market. They eventually found success by creating Adegga WineMarkets, which provided a product customers wanted and paid for, and developing an innovative SmartWineGlass. Andre advocates for making a great team, getting support, innovating continuously, embracing success, loving what you do, working hard and having fun, and changing the world through perseverance.
